Fractured Icon Photography started in 2020 as a passion project of the owner, and chief button presser, Ian Franklin. As a long time follower and supporter of local and unsigned rock, alternative, and metal bands, Fractured Icon Photography has worked to provide photographs of local and touring artists across the midwest from small dive bar stages to large venue stages to open air festival stages.

 

Fractured Icon Photography specializes in concert and festival photography. With its wide range of challenges, dark dive bars to sun drenched festival stages, action packed stage antics of head banging, jumps from stage equipment, and special effects, Fractured Icon aims to break through traditional photography perspectives and deliver exhilarating and immersing glimpses of the stage icons as they showcase their art.
